William Long :: Chief Executive Officer
Bill knows all about paying insurance claims. In fact, you could say that in the 26 years since he began working as an Insurance Claims Manager for a major insurance company he has become something of an expert! Bill has been with MultiMed from its inception and has led the company to its current strength with his experience and know-how. Our CEO is a Graduate of Buffalo State University and is a Certified Healthcare Billing Management Executive (CHBME) from the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA).

William L. Shipman :: Senior Vice President
This Bill is MultiMed's Sales and Marketing Manager who joined the company in 1995, bringing 21 years of business experience to the task. Bill has been instrumental in the continued growth of the company. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Administration.

Sharon Landers :: Vice President of Operations
Sharon joined MultiMed after spending 17 years in bank management. She has been with us since 1995 and currently oversees the processing side of the business. Sharon has earned her designation as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). In addition, Sharon plays a very important role as our Compliance Officer, overseeing MultiMed's stringent compliance program.

Emily Maloof :: Operations Manager
Emily is responsible for overseeing all of our claims representatives. It's good to know that our reps are on-site and with Emily's leadership they receive ongoing training. She has been on the job at MultiMed since 1995 and sees to it that all of our clients and their claims are handled efficiently, professionally and in compliance. Emily holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Genesee Community College.

In fact, in order to ensure compliance with all standards and regulations MultiMed has established an ongoing relationship with Syracuse's largest law firm Bond, Schoeneck & King, as well as the accounting firm of Dannible & McKee. Together we have created MultiMed's compliance plan. This detailed plan is continually reviewed and updated in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations. You are assured maximum reimbursement with strict adherence straight down the line.
